- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 big sweet onion
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes crushed
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 bottle the lemon-flavored beverage of about 2 liters
Before cooking this tender dish, you need to preheat the grill to reach at least 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil the grate.
After that, make a mixture of lemon-flavored beverages, hot sauce, sugar, pepper, onion, and red pepper in a big pot. Put all the legs in this mixture and take to a boil to cook for about 30-45 minutes. It is essential to wait until the legs have an internal temperature of above 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the onion slices from this mixture and place them on the grill. You will need to put the leg over these onion slices. Then to deliver a good taste and smell to the dish, you drizzle with a bit of honey and use steak seasoning. Grill and turn the side after 20 minutes. Plus, you can cook until the chicken legs have a tender and crisp browned crust layer. Plate the legs and enjoy the zingy and spicy flavors.
