  • 4 pounds Beef brisket 2 kg
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Cayenne powder Optional
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 ml Barbecue sauce 2 cups
  • 3 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper Optional

  • To make beef brisket, you need to season it with the above materials and place it into a roasting tray. It oftens takes 30 minutes - 24 hours for marinating
  • After that, you cover it tightly with aluminum foil and set the temperature at 350°F. Time is one hour. Then, reduce the temperature to 300°F, and cook for 3-4 hours.
  • You add 1/4 juices cup to the tray. Then grill it in the preheated oven. The temperature in this step is 400 degrees F, and the time is 10 minutes. As a result, the beef brisket is sticky and charred on the edges.
  • Let’s rest the brisket for 10 minutes. Then, slice the brisket and enjoy!
