  • You can start your trisket by removing excess fat. After coating with an olive oil layer and BBQ rub, you place it in the refrigerator.
  • Now, set the smoker’s temperature at 225 degrees F. You will cook until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F (often 2 hours).
  • After that, wrap tightly in aluminum foil and put it back to the smoker. You will increase the temperature to 300-350 degrees F and cook until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees F.
    Again, you take the trisket out, but still, keep it in foil for the rest of 10-20 minutes. After that, remove foil, cut, and enjoy!
