Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pasta
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 leaves Parsley leaves
  • 1 cup Parmesan
  • 3 slices Garlic
  • Salts
  • Pepper
Instructions

  • The first thing you need to do is boil 1 pound of spaghetti in hot water for about 8 - 10 minutes. You can put a little bit of salt into the boiled water. It will help the pasta look fresh.
  • Next, quickly cook 3 slices of garlic in the olive oil. Whisk 2 eggs with 1 cup of grated parmesan and ¬ľ cup of parsley leaves.
  • As you complete cooking the pasta, take it out and put it into the hot pan (one with garlic and olive oil). Add the mixture of egg, parmesan, and parsley into the pan. Put 1 cup of spaghetti water into the pan and mix the pasta up. You can add salt, pepper, and hot bacon grease for more flavor.
  • Bacon pieces are the last thing you use to complete the recipe. Cut the thick-cut bacon into small slices and put them on top of the pasta. Decorate the paste with some pieces of parsley and parmesan, and enjoy the meal!
