- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tbsp rib rub in a 6-quart pressure cooker
Instructions
- Rinse the baby back ribs and pat them dry with a sheet of paper towel. Then, remove the entire membrane from the back. Sprinkle rib rub on both sides of the ribs. Reserve the other ½ tablespoon of rib rub.
- Plastic wrap the ribs and let them chill for 8-12 hours.
- Prepare and mix ingredients
- Cut the slab in half, and put them in the cooker. Cook on high heat for 1 hour, then reduce to low heat and cook for 4-5 hours until the ribs are all tender.
- Preheat a broiler with an oven rack laying 10 inches above heat. Take the ribs out of your cooker, and put in a layer of aluminum foil. Apply barbecue hot sauce all over the ribs. Then, broil them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they get caramelized, molasses-like flavor. Enjoy with the remaining hot sauce.
