Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz salmon fillets
  • Vegetable oil for brushing
  • Virgin oil extracted from olive
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Brown sugar
  • 4 brioche roll
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • A dozen of fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 cup dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp chopped scallions
  • 1/4 tbsp cooking salt
  • 1/4 tbsp black pepper, ground
  • Lettuce, tomato, and cucumber

Instructions
 

  • You want to grill the salmon by heating coal at medium-high heat. Make sure to brush the grill grate with oil. Marinate the salmon with olive-extracted oil, salt, brown sugar, and pepper, depending on your taste.
  • Grill the salmon on each side for 5 minutes. Take grilled salmon out and let it rest on the plate for 3-5 minutes.
  • Make the sandwich sauce by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, basil, scallions, dill, pepper, and salt. Then use the food processor to blend all the ingredients well.
  • Spread every tablespoon of sauce on each side of the bun. Lay some mesclun on the other side of a cut side, then place the salmon. It's time to enjoy it.
