  • 12 chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • Ground black pepper


  • Combine the dark soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, onion powder, garlic powder, dried basil, and ground black pepper in a shallow glass bowl.
    Evenly mix the ingredients all together. Then add all chicken wings, cover, and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight. Remember to stir it together again on the following day.
  • Gently oil the grill grates and preheat the appliance to high heat
  • Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the rest of the marinade. Grill the chicken wings over an already-preheated grill for about 8-12 minutes per side or until grilled through and the juice runs clear.
