Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp back pepper
  • 200 gr asparagus
  • 4 fillets swordfish

Instructions

  • Now, let’s get into the actual cooking process. Firstly, take out a small bowl, pour into it a half a cup of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black peppers, fresh oregano, and garlic you’ve prepared beforehand.
  • Once every necessary spice is in the bowl, whisk them together with a eating spoon. When the mixture is well-blended, use a cooking brush to spread the liquid evenly on both sides of the fillet.
  • Let the marinated fillet sit for a few minutes while you prepare the asparagus. Rinse the veggie through water, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. You can spray on top of them some salt, pepper if you prefer the taste to be stronger.
  • Pour half a cup of olive oil into a skillet and heat to medium-high heat. When the oil boils, quickly add the asparagus into the skillet and stir them evenly. After three to five minutes, you can remove the veggie from the heat.
  • It’s time you deal with the fillets. Position them on a preheated grill diagonally and close the grill lid when the fillets are cooking. Flip the pieces after five minutes and do the same thing with the other sides.
  • Once you finish, place them on the dish, add in the asparagus, and enjoy your delicious meal!
