Preheat the grill to medium temperature for a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, you can rub the salmon with two tablespoons of olive-extracted oil, juice of one lime, garlic, shallots, cumin, and cayenne.
Then, add half a teaspoon of cilantro and a teaspoon of salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature. Meanwhile, you can slice the tomatoes and process the heart of the palms.
After that, mix the tomatoes and the rest of the cilantro. Then add two tablespoons of virgin olive-extracted oil and juice of the remaining lime. Add salt to taste.
Now, brush the grill grate with vegetable oil. Grill the salmon on each side for about 4 minutes. When it is done, place it on the plate.
Decorate with the greens and hearts of palm salad. Finally, you can drizzle the juices from the salad over the greens.
