  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 cucumber chopped


  • Mix the prepared ingredients of red pepper flakes, bell pepper, parsley, chopped onion, and cucumber in the medium bowl to make the relish.
  • Now it's time to mix the chili and cumin powder in the small bowl with olive oil. Rub the blend on the chicken and put it in a dish. It is best to marinate in the fridge for over one hour.
  • Preheat the grill to reach medium heat before cooking.
  • Oil the grate of the grill and put the breasts on it. We highly recommend grilling the breasts for about 8 minutes on each side. Plus, you can check if juices run clear or not.
  • Take out the meat from the grill and serve with the pepper and cucumber relish.
